Functionality
After wearing the shoes for a week, I can confirm they perform as advertised. The waterproof and non-slip features held up during several rainy days, keeping my feet dry and secure on wet streets. However, I have not tested them in a kitchen, where floors tend to be extremely slippery. The listing indicates that these shoes have been tested under ASTM F2913 standards, which ensure their grip in such conditions.
In addition to being waterproof, the shoes are also quite comfortable for walking and shopping. They come with removable memory foam insoles, providing cushioning and the flexibility to replace them with thicker insoles (see the attached picture).
The main issue I encountered was sizing. I usually wear size 8, but ordered an 8.5, anticipating a slight size discrepancy. Even so, the shoes feel a bit tight. I hope that they will stretch with continued wear, and I will update this review accordingly.
Overall, I give these shoes a 4 for functionality. They would have earned a perfect 5 if the size chart aligned more closely with U.S. sizing standards.
Design
These shoes are designed for casual use, and I particularly like tying the elastic shoelaces together for a more appealing look (see the attached picture). However, because my pair is tight, they are not easy to slip on and off, especially with the shoelaces tied. Selecting the right size is crucial if you want the slip-on feature to work smoothly. I rate the design a 4.
Quality
The shoe’s upper is made from waterproof canvas, and the rubber sole has a non-slip texture, making the materials well-suited for the product’s intended purposes. For quality, I give these shoes a 5.
Ease of Use
The shoes were ready to wear straight out of the package, with no special fittings required. However, the sizing chart could be more helpful in ensuring a better fit, so I give ease of use a 4.
Durability
I have only worn the shoes for a week, so I cannot yet assess their long-term durability. While I expect some normal wear and tear, the seller appears confident in their lasting quality. For now, I will rate durability a 4, with plans to update this review after more extensive use.
Value
At $37.90, these shoes are competitively priced compared to other well-rated options on Amazon. Other more expensive alternatives are made of leather, but I have not tested those for comparison. One thing to note: although the listing claims the shoes are made in the U.S., the seller—Amarilon—is based in Fujian, China, which could cause some confusion. Clarification from the seller would be helpful for buyers who prioritize domestically made products. Based on overall performance and quality, I rate the shoes a 4 for value.

I ordered these thinking they looked a bit like sneakers, but they are definitely a work boot (which I actually like better). They have a chunky industrial look, and the soles are thicker than they seemed online which makes them comfy to stand on for a while. And they actually are resistant to water and filth, which is perfect for yard chores. Fit true to size, and are wide through the toes!

i would have given 4 stars but the hassle of having to return them irritates me. guess i should have read MORE reviews, even tho i went thru at least 3 “pages” of them. most said true to size, a couple said a little small. i wear an 8 so wanted an 81/2 but only had 8 or 9. so got a 9. too tight all over. they seem comfy are a kinda cute so will be ordering a size 10. fingers crossed they are too big.
