Wirklich super!

We live in Alaska and our dog (mini bernedoodle, ~15 lbs) loves to run around outside and play in the snow and woods. We were looking for booties that provided more traction than his other set for the icier days.
Our dog seemed to adjust to the boots quickly when trying them on indoors for the first time. I did notice the booties randomly fell off when he went down the stairs and when he jumped on the couch or adjusted his seating. With that in mind, I made sure to tighten the Velcro straps and elastic as much as I could without making our dog uncomfortable before going on a walk.
Within five minutes of our walk, we lost one bootie in the woods with another one coming off shortly after— and then coming off again despite adjustments. We ended the walk with two booties left which is unfortunate since they seem to be high quality, comfortable for the dog, and provide traction but they just might be best for less active dogs or dogs in the city.

I’ve tried every possible way to put these darn things on my dog’s feet and I have tightened them to hell and back. Either my dog is a Houdini or they have a flaw; my dog is not smart enough to be a Houdini.

My Dog enjoys not having wet feet. She told me so. Fitting was perfect. Perfect for Seattle and our Wet Days. Protects her from muddy and wet areas around our apartments when she needs to go potty. She is a Sheepadoodle fifty pounds. Love them.

The elastic on the top of the shoe came off on the very first day and is unfixable. More important is that the non-broken shoes didn’t stay on my lab’s feet more than 2 minutes! I would keep having to fix in which was so inconvenient when I took him on a day trip and wanted to protect his cracked and wounded paws. It was even more unsafe when the shoes slipped off on grass because they would fold forward real quick and he would trip before I could prevent it. I really really wanted to love these shoes because I thought the taller height of them would keep them on his feet (plus I loved the lavender color). These were the most expensive brand I considered and boy was it a disappointment. Good luck!

These allow my dog to walk stably, they do keep his feet dry, great quality seem to be durable, took him a little time to get used to him but they are comfortable, easy to get on, kind of heavy weight material, super adorable on. They also have reflection so that’s not nice. The back seem to come off a little easier so we have to strap those on kind of tight.

Spark Paws has yet to disappoint me with their products and these boots are no exception. I have tried SO MANY other ones for my dog – short, high, soft neoprene all around, hard bottom – all of it. These are the ONLY ones that stay on her feet and hold up through our walks. They also have a soft material on the inside so my dog seems to be comfortable in them and they don’t rub on the sides of her paws and cause sores like some others did. The straps are great (for these or any dog shoes, I’ve learned to not be so afraid to make them nice and tight – it’s the only way they stay on and she’s perfectly comfortable, we literally walk for an hour sometimes, and her legs are not affected). My dog has been wearing them for several weeks now, short quick walks daily and 30-60min walks most days, on concrete and grass, in rain, etc. even some snow, and they’ve held up great. All around, the best dog boots I’ve found to keep my pups paws safe and clean and warm, and I just cannot say enough good things about them!
