A size 7.5 wide is more like a 6.5 regular. The sizing definitely runs small.

I was needing some soft shoes for an Irish Dancing class and was able to get fitted at a local store but they didn’t have the wide style that I needed. Found the size I needed there and came to amazon to purchase. The sizing was about a the same as I wear in tennis shoes but I tend to get my tennis shoes a little large. Should be a 12-1.5 but typically get a 13 in tennis shoes. Here I purchased 13. There is a small amount of room in the toe and they are tight but they are supposed to be.

I have sensitive feet so these help prevent blisters

I typically wear a size 10.5 and I ordered the size 11. Fit is excellent. Nice soft leather uppers to conform to your feet. There is a modest amount of padding on the ball of the foot….I didn’t expect much so I’m happy with what I have. The shoe glides on the floor and I am able to do turns. Perfect jazz dance shoe.

Check sizes on the capezio website as you need a size much bigger than usual. Ordered a bigger size and they were excellent

Un excelente zapato para ensayar los bailes latinos!

It took a little bit to find the right size. I definitely recommend going to Capezio’s site and using their size chart there since there isn’t a detailed chart with measurements with this listing. That said, I usually wear a youth 2 in street shoes, and I’ve worn a 2 in jazz shoes before. I was pleasantly surprised to find an offering for feet my size, and in fact the 4.5 wide is perfect for me. My feet measure at around 8.25″ long, and the little bit of extra room is nice. They just arrived so I haven’t broken them in or performed in them yet, but they seem high quality (as is the expectation with Capezio). I like having the split sole and laces for a flexible fit. The box they came in did look a little roughed-up, but the shoes inside are brand new.

Es un gran producto para bailar. La talla coincide con el sitio oficial de Capezio.

I have a pair of these in a 6.5 wide and they are a bit short so I ordered a 7 wide the 7 wide feels and looks shorter that the 6.5 w. They are great for Zumba and line dancing-they are very soft and flexible and move on different types of flooring very well. if ordering these I think a whole size up would work. Normally I wear a size 6 regular.

I have triangle-shaped feet, and knew before I bought these that they wouldn’t fit like they should. And they don’t. I got a size wide, because the toe-end of my foot is very wide (because of bunions and spread out toes), and that part fits pretty well, width-wise. The shoes are too wide in the hell though, and just fit kinda weird in general in the middle of my foot. They’re also probably a half size two big…but I was worried that getting the next side down would make them too narrow in certain parts. I’m hoping they’ll stretch out and fit better soon (working on that), particularly near my toes/ball of foot. I might end up sticking some mole skin in the heel to make it so it doesn’t slip there. As they are now, I would not be comfortable wearing them for several hours. Luckily I just need them for a couple dances and scenes in a musical, so I’ll survive. (I also never wear shoes with heels – all my shoes are zero-drop – so that’s part of what is making them not comfy for me.
These same shoes do fit fellow cast members pretty well and they dont’ seem to have any complaints. So if you have regular-shaped feet, you shouldn’t run into too much of an issue with these shoes.

I loved having these shoes to wear for a respite from shoes with heels, especially for rehearsals. They’re soft and flexible. I’m very happy I got them.

Great shoes, well made and the fit was pretty good. A little snug but with a few wears they started to stretch out a little. I would say that they’re true to size and would suggest ordering up if you’re a half size.
