I have to wear safety toes at work. But steel toes are too heavy and I’ve got bad knees. These are lightweight, very comfy and have a non slip bottom. I’ll buy another pair soon.

Los zapatos están super, infelizmente me llegaron en una talla más grande de lo que pedí…, pedí de 26 cm y me llegó de 26.4 y eso hace que me queden un poco sueltos.

Sorry for yelling but this will be my 6th 10 hour day working in these and my 7th day total. I broke them in walking from 5am to 8pm on my first day and they feel absolutely great. I tried and returned a pair of Reeboks, Adidas, and two different pairs of Wolverines. Those felt like my toes were broken at the end of the day. I work a fast paced warehouse job where I am almost running at times and I feel like I could actually run in these. I only wear Hoka’s outside of work and these feel almost as good which is the highest compliment I can give. I will be an Airwalk user for life at work
. Didn’t even have to break these in. I don’t have a car so I walk a few miles every day and the pain the other shoes were causing was a big stress so glad I won’t have to worry about that again. I highly recommend these. Great for standing in one place as well as moving back and forth in them. Plus I think they look better than any other pair and cheaper than every other pair I have bought. I previously owned Merrills and Timberlands as well which do not compare to these at all. I had the tendency to think price meant better quality but I was wrong. Airwalks are the best!

Upon opening the box they looked just like the pictures, but a bit better in person. When I slipped them on they felt like they offered a ton of support, but they felt big and rugged, reminded me of the big skating shoes from the 90’s, I admit I didn’t really like that, wasn’t use to it. But as I have worn the shoes for about a month I hardly notice the big rugged feel, and really like the ankle and arch support the shoe offers, they are super light given the rugged feel. The insoles are well made and help with arch support and over pronation. The outer shell is thick and protects the ankle and the whole foot, I fell safe at work with all the heavy things I’m lifting. Also, the grip is exceptional, when I walk up stairs I can feel it set into the lip of the steps. I use to wear airwalks as a kid, so it’s nice to re visit the brand. Some negatives, I’m not sure about suede as it’s ages, I know black suede can look bad when the material becomes worn. Also, I have worn the shoes standing and moving around all day for ten hours several times, and by hour eight my feet feel a bit fatigued, but my feet may not be as conditioned as some, as I tend to go back and forth at work, editing at a desk for days, then on photo and video shoots for days. Overall I love them, I’m giving them five stars as I believe they are the perfect work shoe for a photographer/videographer who spends half the time at desk editing, then the other half on both feet sometimes 10/12 hour days actually moving equipment and operating the equipment, for user who are on there feet 100% of the time.

Quality is so good, very comfortable and fits perfectly!

I like the sneaker comfort. Because of the composite toe; I should’ve purchased a half size bigger for extra toe space. Thicker socks makes the shoe fit feel tight. But other than that I like them.

  8. Raudel de Jesús Ramírez Orozco

Good fit… Comfy to wear the whole day… Got the wide fit and it fits true to size….

  9. Bferg

Great slip-resistance, suitable for kitchen work. I’m the receiver, so I spend a lot of time in the coolers & freezers. Not too heavy, not too light, I average about 20,000 steps a day and have had no issues with comfort. It is highly recommended swapping insoles though as the included ones are quite lackluster. And while I haven’t gotten any compliments on them like my Vans, they’re not fugly like most slip-resistant offerings.

my foot measures exactly 28.4-28.7cm, took size 11.5, very comfortable fit.
roomy toebox, big toe is not constricted.
    not wide, snug arch.
basic foam insole, mild arch support. Heel feels a little depressed, could be stiffer material.
heel could be a little more snug but ok.
very nice thick laces, “grips” into the shoe very nicely.
good rubber sole, good grip. really good traction pattern. a little thin around the ball of the foot, I would not rely on this for puncture protection. the ball will wear through pretty quick.
    one shoe measures 571g.

very nice shoe. much more comfortable than the keen Kenton, although the Kenton feels more durable with a stiffer sole, it probably has actual puncture protection. This mongo wouldn’t be good for heavy construction and dirty worksites, but is perfect for kitchens and warehouses. kenton has minor interior padding, feels like a canvas boot, mongo is much more padded, feels like a sneaker.

the only thing I don’t like is the excessive padding around the ankles, thinner would be more comfortable.

not excessively heavy feeling, this could be used as an everyday sneaker though longer walking would definitely get fatiguing. kinda wish they made a version without the composite toe, I’d definitely buy it.

if I had to do it again I’d definitely get the low top variant, even with the brighter logo, the excessive padding around the heels makes the whole shoe clunky and wobbly.
